2017 Program Manual: Version 3 Now Available

2017 PG&E ADR Program Manual v3 -June 8, 2017

The PG&E ADR Team has released Version 3 of the 2017 PG&E Automated Demand Response Program Manual. Version 3 includes the following updates:

  • Section 2.1 updated the 2017 ADR Program goal to 5.5 MW
  • Section 2.2.3 allow FastTrack customers, who sign and submit applications after April 6, 2017, are eligible to receive 100% of the ADR incentive following installation and successful project inspection verification test
  • Section 2.3 clarified three caps for each ADR project: an incentive cap of $200/kW, an incentive payment cap that cannot exceed 75% of the project cost, and a maximum incentive cap per project at $600,000
    • Section 2.3.3 updated the 2017 ADR incentive project cap to $600,000
  • Section 2.3, 2.6.10, 2.6.11 revised the second incentive (40 percent of incentive) payment timing to be 12 months after the first installment (60 percent of incentive) is paid
  • Section 2.6.9 clarified that the customer enrolled in XSP, SSP or DRAM is responsible for providing the ADR team with event performance information. Event performance information is needed in order to calculate the 40 percent incentive
